Instant Pot Swiss Chicken Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup butter cut into small cubes
  • 4 chicken breasts boneless and skinless preferred
  • 6 slices swiss cheese
  • 1 can Campbell's low sodium cream of chicken soup
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 box Stove Top chicken stuffing mix
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth or water

Instructions

  1. Place butter cubes in bottom of the pot.
  2. Place chicken in IP on top of the butter and top each piece of chicken with swiss cheese. If your cheese slices are hanging over the edges of the chicken, break off the excess and stack on top to prevent cheese from falling to bottom of pot and scorching.
  3. Combine the cream of chicken soup with the milk and pour over everything. Make sure liquid makes it to bottom of the pot.
  4. Pour the stuffing mix evenly over the chicken.
  5. Pour broth/water evenly over the stuffing.
  6. Secure the lid and select the "poultry" setting for 15 minutes.
  7. Natural release for 10 minutes.
  8. Serve immediately with green beans or salad.
